Guy D'Aoust

Interim CEO

Guy D’Aoust has been the CFO of PHA since January of 2023. Before joining the Company, he spent the previous 18 years at Boralex, a Quebec based multinational renewable energy developer, where he occupied a number of roles covering the group’s financing, investments, treasury and accounting. During this time, his team played key roles in supporting Boralex’s sustained growth, as total assets increased from $275 million to more than $5 billion. Guy holds the title of CPA in Canada (Quebec).
