Marie-Andree Lavoie

Marie-Andrée Lavoie holds 25 years of experience as a Talent Management professional, driving growth through innovative people strategies and guiding strategic alignment and organizational effectiveness.

Over the past two decades, she enabled startups to mid-size organizations to transform and grow through the implementation of high impact, leading-edge HR practices. She has contributed to successfully scale organizations by designing employee experience strategies, conducting culture shifts, and completing M&As.

She’s also been leading a talent management consulting practice since 2013.

MA has a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université Laval and a master’s degree in Labour Law from Université Lumière Lyon 2, in France. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional since 2001.
