January 20, 2026 We’ve launched the Expenses Module for Healthcare Workers and Placement Agency Employees. End-to-end Submission and Review reduce administrative time and strengthen audit controls. Core Platform updates establish a scalable foundation for policy changes, Rates, and reporting.

A modernized expense workflow helps relief nurses and agency employees save time, reduce frustration, and stay focused on care—not paperwork. By simplifying submissions and speeding up reviews, we’re supporting accurate, timely reimbursement for healthcare workers.

Reviewer Dashboards and Filters: clearer actions and counts improve bulk Review accuracy.

Rates, Billing, and Pay

Pricing Logic: Mileage and Travel Hours apply automatically using Workorder Wage Rate and Billing / Pay Columns to help protect margins.

Holiday Rates: Travel Hours correctly apply holiday rules to ensure accurate payouts.

Workorder and Visibility

Workorder Flexibility: allow edge‑case entries without a Workorder while maintaining reviewer visibility.

Agency‑Specific Visibility Rules: hide/show controls protect sensitive views.

Platform Foundations and Reliability

Standardized Amount Columns and refactors enable consistent calculations and scalable reporting.

Expanded automated end‑to‑end tests reduce regression risk and increase release confidence.

Bug Fixes

Attachments: non‑mandatory Attachments no longer block Submission.

Travel Hours: holiday rate application restored for accurate payouts.

Reviewer Throughput: “Select All” stabilized for consistent bulk operations.
