As Vice President of Legal Affairs and Chief Litigation Officer since February 2024, Olivier is responsible for all of the Company’s legal activities. With solid expertise in litigation and business law, he oversees both strategic and operational matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in private practice for 22 years, the last 13 of which he served as a partner at a Montreal-based law firm specializing in judicial and commercial strategy.
Olivier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Montreal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2002.
